A manhunt is underway for the suspect accused of attempted homicide in Potter County, PA. Pennsylvania troopers said it happened Sunday afternoon in an apartment at 13 Germania Street in Galeton borough. Robert M. Wildey, 59 of Gaines, PA allegedly shot an unnamed 48-year-old male in the arm and fled the scene in an unknown direction and unknown means.
Magisterial District Judge Christopher Kalacinski issued a warrant charging Wildey with criminal attempted murder. If anyone has any information on Wildey’s whereabouts and/or information of the shooting they are asked to contact PSP Coudersport at 814-274-8690.
Troopers did not release the condition on the victim. A photo on Wildey is shown.
