Josephine T. “Josie” Brubaker, 82, of Manheim passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Mastersonville, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Esther Sangrey Tyson. She was the loving wife of Glenn E. Brubaker.

Surviving in addition to her husband are five children: Duane husband of Melanie Brubaker of Whitesville, NY, Ken husband of Kathy Brubaker of Tyler, TX, Glenn R. husband of Donna Brubaker of Farmington, NY, Barry husband of Michelle Brubaker of Ulysses and Janice wife of Bob Walters of Manheim; 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and five siblings: Lois Neuenschwander, Sue Corey, Warren, Tim and Jim Tyson. She was preceded in death by three siblings: Jeanette Ebersole, Edna Brubaker and Isaac Tyson.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Josie’s Memorial Service at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 3:00 PM. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the time of service. A grave-side service will held at the Hallsport cemetery in Hallsport, NY on September 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM, with visiting hours at the Hallsport Church annex the evening before from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions in Josie’s memory to Pleasant View Communities Benevolent Care Endowment Fund, 544 North Penryn Road, Manheim, PA 17545
