Three Cattauragus residents accused with multiple felonies, all repeat offenders

Multiple arrests were reported in the Town of Allegany NY and the story seems clear from the three arrests: Michael A Osby age 38, of Olean; Bryce Lichy age 25, of Salamanca, and Bethany Jackson age 32 of Olean NY were all charged with a list of crimes as displayed below.
All of the accused are charged with possessing narcotics with the intent to sell, and possession of a weapon by a felon.
