Wellsville Village Police arrest man for public lewdness, again

Daniel Fronczak has been arrested dozens of times in the village of Wellsville, often for public lewdness. Fronczak, who reportedly has a traumatic brain injury, is often found exposing himself, urinating in public, and sexually harassing children. From the WPD:

Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 47 of Wellsville, charging him with Public Lewdness (Class B Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street on July 24th. Fronczak was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Fronczak was released on Pre-Trial Supervision with the Allegany County Probation Department. Fronczak is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 15th at 4:30pm.

NYS Police arrested a Port Allegany Pennsylvania woman on felony weapons charges in the town of Wirt. CHRISTINA M EMOND was arrested in the City of Buffalo on four felony counts, two for possession of weapon and two for each ammunition clip. Police reported that Emond was HELD after the arrest. State police also arrested a couple from Angelica for what police categorized as a case of child abuse. A male and female sharing the same last name were arrested on the evening of August, each for the same misdemeanor crimes. Both parties were charged with Assault with the intent to injure, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. State Police reported the two both as HELD after arrest.
