LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SOLAR LOCAL LAW/PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany County, State of New York at the Town Office, at the Wellsville Municipal Airport in said Town on August 09, 2023 at 6:45 PM for the purpose of discussing the presented Solar Local Law. All persons interested in this matter will be heard at such time and place.
