LaForge is on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout

On June 28, 2023, the Allegany County Board of Legislators was honored to be led in the Pledge of Allegiance by Boy Scout Stanley LaForge. With a rank of First Class, Stanley is an active member of Troop 736 in Angelica, New York.
Joined by his father William LaForge, his purpose for visiting the Board Chambers was to satisfy a requirement for the Communication merit badge, a prerequisite to earn the rank of Eagle Scout.
