“Moonwinks” will have new owners soon, no interruption in service expected

From Moonwinks Restaurant,

The beloved local establishment “Moonwinks” located on Jackson Hill Road in Cuba, NY is acquiring new owners and a refreshed outlook for the future. Since its inception in 1936, the restaurant has been locally owned and operated cementing itself as a cornerstone for Cuba and the surrounding areas. This new ownership maintains the proud tradition of keeping the restaurant and bar locally owned and operated with an expectation that this will continue for years and years to come.

The current plan for Moonwinks during this transition is to continue to provide the high level of quality and service that the community has come to expect, offering similar local food favorites, and featuring many familiar faces the patrons have come to love. Additionally, over the next year customers can come to expect fresh, new, and exciting menu items and a staged approach to an interior refresh.

Operations are expected to continue during the staged renovations to ensure no disruption to daily service. The goal of this new ownership is to maintain the same great local atmosphere and service while elevating the customer experience with a more modernized feel and enhanced menu. The transition of ownership is set to be finalized late June and is expected to go smoothly with no interruption to any prior scheduled events or services. The new owners are greatly looking forward to preserving the heritage while positioning Moonwinks to be a community staple for decades to come.
