Top honors for the Whitesville Central School Class of 2023

Meet Aislinn Hamilton the Valedictorian, the Salutatorian Kennedy Bledsoe, and four other graduates with honors

     Aislinn Hamilton, daughter of Eric and Shambra Hamilton of Whitesville, NY, was named Valedictorian of the graduating class of 2023 with a grade point average of 100.94%.  In the fall of 2023, she plans to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute majoring in Nuclear Engineering.

    Aislinn’s activities in high school include National Honor Society, Student Council, DECA, Soccer, Softball and Chess Club.

     In the community, she has volunteered for Operation Christmas Child, Wreaths Across America, Red Cross blood drives, and the Whitesville Bicentennial celebration.

     She received the Alfred University Scholars Award, Keuka College George H. Ball Community Achievement Award, Clarkson University Achievement Award, University of Rochester Bausch and Lomb Honorary Science Award, RIT Computing Medal Award, St. Lawrence University Junior Book Award, Wells College 21st Century Leadership Award and the Wilkes University Colonel Emerging Leader Award.

     Kennedy Bledsoe, daughter of Scott and Jasmine Bledsoe of Whitesville, NY, was named Salutatorian of the graduating class of 2023 with a grade point average of 100.11%.  In the fall of 2023, she plans to attend SUNY Brockport majoring in Exercise Science.

     Kennedy’s activities in high school include National Honor Society, Student Council, Soccer, Basketball, Softball and DECA.

     In the community, she has volunteered for Wreaths Across America, Red Cross blood drives, and the Whitesville Bicentennial celebration.

     She received the Clarkson University Leadership Award, Keuka College George H. Ball Community Achievement Award, LeMoyne College Heights Award, RIT Innovation & Creativity Award, University of Rochester Frederick Douglass & Susan B. Anthony Award, Wells College 21st Century Leadership Award and the Wilkes University Colonel Emerging Leader Award.

Whitesville Central School Class of 2023 Honor Graduates

Congratulations to the following students for attaining the achievement of Honor Graduate for the Class of 2023. Honor Grads have achieved a cumulative average of 90% or above.

     Gabriella Hall, daughter of Amanda and Michael Hall of Whitesville, NY, was named Honor Graduate of the Class of 2023 with a grade point average of 98.97%.  In the fall of 2023, she plans to attend Keuka College majoring in Biology.

    Gabbi’s activities in high school include National Honor Society, Student Council, Basketball, Softball, Soccer, DECA and music.

     In the community, she has volunteered for the youth sports program.

     She received the Keuka College George H. Ball Community Achievement Award, University of Rochester Xerox Award for Innovation and Information Technology, Independent Health Wellness All Star Award and the Wilkes University Colonel Emerging Leader Award.


 Vanessa Hall, daughter of Jane and William Hall of Whitesville, NY, was named Honor Graduate of the Class of 2023 with a grade point average of 97.12%.  In the fall of 2023, she plans to attend Utica University majoring in Cybersecurity.

    Vanessa’s activities in high school include Basketball, National Honor Society, Student Council, Student Government, Yearbook and Community Clean Up days.

In the community, she has volunteered as a coach for the youth basketball program.

     She received the Keuka College George H. Ball Community Achievement Award, University of Rochester George Eastman Young Leaders Award and the Wilkes University Colonel Emerging Leader Award.


    Brynn Scholl, daughter of Andy and Amanda Lewis of Rexville, NY, was named Honor Graduate of the Class of 2023 with a grade point average of 94.00%.  In the fall of 2023, she plans to attend Alfred State College majoring in Agricultural Business Management.

    Brynn’s activities in high school include National Honor Society, Soccer, Basketball and Yearbook.

Kaylee Hunt, daughter of Matt Hunt and Shelbi VanCise of Whitesville, NY, was named Honor Graduate of the Class of 2023 with a grade point average 91.03%.  In the fall of 2023, she plans to attend Keuka College majoring in Early Childhood Education.

    Kaylee’s activities in high school include National Honor Society, Student Council, and Yearbook.

     In the community, she has volunteered for Whitesville Cemetery.

     She received the Independent Health Community All Star Award.
