Defendant’s Name:  Jeffrey Nendza

Address:  Fillmore, New York       

Charges:      Criminal Contempt 1st degree

Court Appearance Date:  May 3, 2023

Proceedings:  Jeffrey Nendza has been sentenced to 1 year in the Allegany County jail following a conviction for violating a court order of protection.

Prosecuting Attorney:  Ian M. Jones, Assistant District Attorney     

Defendant’s Name:  Dylan Perkins

Address:  Belmont, New York       

Charges:      Criminal Mischief 3rd (E felony);
Criminal Tampering 3rd (B misdemeanor)

Court Appearance Date:  May 3, 2023

Proceedings:  Dylan Perkins has been sentenced to 1 year in the Allegany County Jail for damage he caused within his cell while incarnated.  The 1-year sentence will run consecutive to a separate jail sentence the defendant received out of the Village of Bolivar.
