Cuba NY has been on the edge of her seat, waiting for a new business, with a new concept, to open the doors and the taps. “Tap and Pour” will be announcing an opening date and yesterday published a great looking website which really gives some insight into how concept works:

When You Walk In –
You’ll be greeted at the door by one of our amazing hosts. They are experts on all our offerings and can help you find what you’re looking for.
Pour Card!
Load whatever you want to spend onto a Tap-N-Pour Card at our host station.
This card is good for anything on our tap wall.
Pour!
Each tap has it’s own screen where you’ll place your pour card.
Once your card is in you can pour up as much as you want.
Take your card with you to other tap screens to taste the entire wall.
Each brew is priced per ounce poured and automatically calculates ad deducts funds from your pre-paid card.
