Richburg man arrested for menacing a police officer, many other felony charges

Robert Lytle was arrested on charges in Bolivar, Wirt, and Amity

New York State Troopers dealt with a one-man crime spree in Allegany county yesterday. Robert Lytle, 29, or Richburg NY was arrested on eight different charges, in three different towns.

The first charge, listed as Menacing Police/Peace Officer is a Class D felony and is followed by a list of contempt, weapons, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest.

Lytle was reported as HELD by police in the report and Allegany County Sheriff Scott Cicirello confirmed that Lytle is currently under lock and key in the Allegany County Jail, $20,000 bail has been set.
