Wellsville Police arrested Damon P. Dawson, age 48 of Wellsville, charging him with Burglary 1st (Class B Felony), Endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person 1st (Class E Felony), Assault 3rd and Criminal Mischief 4th.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on Chestnut Street. Dawson was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Dawson was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 7th at 4:30 pm

He was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. He was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 7th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 42 of Hornell, charging her with Criminal Contempt 2nd. The charge stems from a complaint made on February 8th of a violation of a Court order. She was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 7th at 4:30 pm.
