David E. Kotch, 75, Wellsville


David E. Kotch, 75, of 4192-A Bolivar Road passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at the Wellsville Manor Care Center. He was born August 16, 1947 in Jamestown, the son of the late George and Marguerite (Robbins) Kotch.

Dave was raised in Jamestown, and attended Jamestown and Frewsburg High Schools. He was a member of the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary, the Immaculate Conception Church, New Horizons, and the Allegany Rehabilitation Associates in Wellsville. Dave was a man of great faith, and will be missed by his many friends in Wellsville.

He is survived by a sister, Merry (Donald) Pangborn of Jamestown, a sister-in-law, Bonnie Kotch of Frewsburg, NY as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased in addition to his parents, by a sister, Carol Ann Kotch in 1943, and a brother, Dennis Kotch in 2016.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, 36 Maple Avenue in Wellsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Thursday, following visitation. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery in Lakewood, NY. Please consider memorial donations to the Immaculate Conception Church.
