A felony charge has been filed stemming from a November 11th fatal accident in the Town of Horseheads. State Police arrested Alex L. Saxbury, 29, of Millport, NY. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident which resulted in death, a class D felony crime. Saxbury was released on his own recognizance.
Canisteo-based state police investigated a property damage crash in the Village of Arkport. Troopers said they arrested a male, 39, of North Hornell. He was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was initially detained.
Amity-based state police arrested Jamie L. Crawford, 33, of Friendship for felony assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use. Arraigned in court, a judge set bail at $5,000 cash.
After investigating an incident in Pike Township in Potter County, Pennsylvania State Police arrested Doddie Delosa of Saegertown, PA. Delosa was charged with felony burglary, felony criminal trespass, felony receiving stolen property and misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and criminal mischief. Court action is pending.
