Registered sex offender, child kidnapper, held by authorities

Anthony Kroeger was arrested last week after kidnapping a 14 year old from Bath NY. He was apprehended in Washington DC, the minor was rescued, and a bloodied Kroeger was jailed.
Then they let him out of custody and Bath PD issued a warning to the community that the predator could be back in New York. Read that message from the Bath Police Department:
Today, Bath and the families of Kroeger’s victims breather a sigh of relief after reports that Kroeger was arrested in Baltimore. An update from Bath PD:
“Update on Anthony Kroeger. Mr. Kroeger is back in custody!! Bath PD wants to thank the assistance of Baltimore County, Maryland Sheriff’s office, Baltimore Police Department, Maryland State Police, Maryland State Crime Analysis Center, Washington, DC crime suppression team, Philadelphia City Police, Prince George County, Maryland Sheriff’s Office, Baltimore County Aviation unit, Steuben County District Attorney’s office, local FBI Corning Office, Baltimore FBI task force office, and the advent of technology!! Baltimore County has promised not to release him, thank God.”
