Defendant’s Name:  Kyle Yaglowski

Address:  Belmont, New York       

Charges:      Assault 2nd (D felony)

Court Appearance Date:  October 19, 2022

Proceedings:  Kyle Yaglowski was arraigned on an indictment for an alleged fight within the Allegany County Jail and pled not guilty to the charge.  Following arraignment, Yaglowski was returned to the Allegany County Jail where he is being held on this charge as well as separate charges out of the Village of Wellsville.  No further proceedings were scheduled at this time, as Yaglowski is currently not represented by an attorney.

Defendant’s Name:  Dylan Perkins

Address:  Belmont, New York       

Charges:      Criminal Mischief 3rd (E felony);
Criminal Tampering 3rd (B misdemeanor)

Court Appearance Date:  October 19, 2022

Proceedings:  Dylan Perkins was arraigned on an indictment in Allegany County Court and pled not guilty on both charges.  Perkins is alleged to have destroyed property while inside the Allegany County Jail.  No further appearance has been scheduled at this time, as the defendant is waiting for an attorney to be assigned to his case.          

Defendant’s Name:  Devon Diers

Address:  Belmont, New York        

Charges:  Violation of Probation

Court Appearance Date:  October 17, 2022Proceedings:  Devon Diers was in Allegany County Court for an alleged violation of his probation conditions.  The People argued the defendant should be held in the Allegany County Jail without bail.  The court remanded to the Allegany County Jail and a conference with the court is scheduled for December 7, 2022.          

Defendant’s Name:  Roy W. Austin

Address:  Friendship, New York       

Charges:      Burglary 1st (B violent felony);
Assault 2nd (D felony);
Criminal Mischief 3rd (E felony);
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (A Misdemeanor):
Resisting Arrest (A Misdemeanor)

Court Appearance Date:  October 19, 2022

Proceedings:  Roy W. Austin has been indicted on 5 separate charges, including a top charge of Buglary 1st, a B violent felony.  Austin is alleged to have forced his way into a stranger’s home in Friendship back in July of this year.  While inside, it is alleged a physical altercation ensued and the homeowner was injured.  Austin is currently being held in the Allegany County Jail awaiting arraignment on the indictment.
