Sheriff Whitney reports on arrest warrant work, pre-trail release enforcement, and arresting an inmate in the county jail
All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court
On August 18, 2022, Deputies arrested Brandon Flint, age 28 of Dresden New York, on a Local Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Belfast Court. Flint was then transported to the Village of Bolivar Court where he was arraigned by Justice Calcagno with the Public Defender’s Office present. Flint was then remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond and is to reappear in the Town of Belfast Court at a later date for additional court action.
on August 23, 2022, Deputies arrested Dyllan M Coats, age 27 of Andover, on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Hornell Court. Coats was then transported to the Town of Almond where he was turned over to the Hornell City Police Department for additional court action.
on August 23, 2022, Deputies arrested Ronald Dick, age 57 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Ronald Dick to the Allegany County Jail where he was held pending additional court action.
on August 24, 2022, Deputies arrested Jeremy C Findlay, age 46 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of the Town of Belfast Court. Deputies then transported Findlay to the Town of Belfast Court for arraignment with counsel and Justice Young presiding. Findlay was then transported to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail and is to reappear in the Town of Belfast Court at a later date for additional court action.
on August 25, 2022, Deputies arrested Emily S. Meeder-Cushman, age 26 of Hume, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Meeder-Cushman to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail pending additional court action in Allegany County Court.
on August 25, 2022, Deputies arrested Eric J Kaczor, age 39 of New Hudson, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Kaczor to the Town of Amity Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail pending additional court action in Allegany County Court.
on August 31, 2022, Deputies arrested Arthur Isles, age 27 of Darien Center, on a Violation of Probation Warrant. Deputies then transported Isles to the Town of Cuba Court where he was arraigned by Justice Szucs with the Allegany County Public Defender’s Office present. Isles was then released on his own recognizance and is to reappear in the Town of Cuba Court at a later date.
On September 6, 2022, Deputies arrested Kevin Hills, age 36 of Burns, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Hills was then transported to the Allegany County Jail to be held pending additional court action.
On September 6, 2022, Deputies arrested Richard McCready, age 59 of Wellsville, on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Olean Court. Deputies then transported McCready to the City of Olean Police Department to be held pending additional court action.
On September 6, 2022, Deputies arrested Wyait Crawford, age 28 of Alma, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Crawford to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail pending additional court action in Allegany County Court.
On September 12, 2022, Deputies arrested Jesse Wilson, age 42 of Wirt, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Wilson to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail pending additional court action in Allegany County Court.
On September 15, 2022, Deputies arrested Dylan Perkins, age 19 of Bolivar, on a Violation of Pre-Trial release issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Perkins to the Town of Alma Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail and is due to reappear in the Town of Alma Court at a later date for additional court action.
On September 15, 2022, Deputies arrested Austin Hunt, age 43 of Alma, on a Violation of Pre-Trial release issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Hunt to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned before Judge Parker with the Public Defender’s Office present and remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $50,000 cash bail. Hunt is due to reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
On September 8, 2022, Deputies arrested Ryan McDonald, age 33 of Bolivar, on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant issued out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Deputies then transported McDonald to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned by Judge Brown and remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $1.00 cash bail.
On September 22, 2022, Deputies arrested Dennis Norman, age 33 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Pre-Trial release issued out of the Village of Wellsville Court. Deputies then transported Norman to the Town of Amity Court for arraignment before Justice Gominiak. Norman was then released on his own recognizance and is due to reappear in the Village of Wellsville Court at a later date for additional court action.
On September 26, 2022, Deputies arrested Kelly Baker, age 53 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported Baker to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail pending additional court action in Allegany County Court.
On October 1, 2022, Deputies arrested Nahvonna Roat, age 25 of Olean, with the assistance of the Olean Police Department on a Bench Warrant for a Violation of Pre-Trial release issued out of the Town of Belfast Court. Deputies then transported Roat to the Town of Amity Court for arraignment before Justice Gominiak with the Public Defender’s Office present. Roat was then released on her own recognizance and is due to reappear in the Town of Amity Court at a later date for additional court action.
On October 3, 2022, Deputies arrested Alphonso Payne, age 29 of Sloan, following an incident that occurred at the Allegany County Jail on an Indictment Warrant issued out of Allegany County Court.
