Author Mason Winfield will talk ghosts, monsters, and UFO’s on October 12

Southwestern New York–Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany counties–are especially rich in paranormal lore and tradition. Join us at the Cuba Circulating Library on Wednesday, October 12 at 6:30 pm as author and researcher Mason Winfield takes us on an imaginative overview of the mystery-monsters, the UFO sightings, the occult communities, the haunted valleys, the famous mystery-zones, and a handful of the legendary ghosts. Admission is FREE to the public. Mason’s books will be available for sale and signing after the talk.

Raised in Buffalo, Mason Winfield is a historian and folklorist who has authored several books on the paranormal, famous ghosts, and occult societies. He founded the Haunted History Ghost Walks, a “supernatural tourism” company that leads walking and vehicle tours. A popular storyteller, Mason appears at many venues throughout New York state.

This program is funded in part by Friends of the Cuba Library, Inc.
