Howe was a Wellsville Village Police Officer for 31 years
It is with deep regret that the Wellsville Police Department announces the passing of Retired Patrolman Daniel R. Howe. Officer Howe served the Wellsville Police Department from 1976 until his retirement in 2007. Our condolences to the family during this difficult time.
