NY Landquest reports the new owners plan to continue as a meeting house

On the “outskirts” of Scio NY, the “Millstone” has been a place of celebrations and reunions and weddings and wakes and baby showers for many years. The longtime owners put the property on the market this summer and agent NY Landquest is happy to announce the property has been sold and is now under contract.
