Independence Whitesville Celebration of 200 years starts tonight!

The party of the summer in southern Allegany County New York kicks off at six o’clock Wednesday evening in downtown Whiteville. The bicentennial celebration continues through the week with lots of great attractions, features, and family activities. Below you can find the schedule of events for today and the rest of the week. Community reporter Sandy Rigas has written a full preview of the bicentennial party and will be on the street this weekend covering the “goings on.”
