Theft in Friendship, felony arson, and criminal mischief arrests

Bail was set at $25,000 cash for a Wellsville man accused of multiple felony counts. Amity-based state police arrested Jeremiah D. Edwards, 30, for felony grand larceny, felony criminal possession of stolen property valued in excess of $30,000 and misdemeanor auto stripping. The crime reportedly occurred in March in the Town of Friendship.

A Buffalo man has been accused of Felony arson in Clarksville after a reported domestic dispute May 30th. State Police arrested 42-year-old Anthony J. Batcho. Troopers charged him with the class C felony crime of third-degree arson: intentionally causing damage. A check with the county jail showed Batcho is not an inmate there. Further court action is pending. The state police Public Information Officer was unavailable to provide additional details. 

State Police arrested a 52-year-old man of Richburg. He was charged with criminal mischief. Court action is pending.
