Jack Jordan and Brooklyn Stisser lead the Class of 2022

Wellsville Secondary School is pleased to announce the top two seniors for the Class of 2022

The honor of Wellsville Secondary School Valedictorian goes to Jack Jordan, the son of Eric and Heather Jordan.

Jack has earned this prestigious designation by accumulating a high school average of 100.86%.  Jack’s academic record has kept him at the top of his class throughout his high school career and opened doors to many academic opportunities.  Some of his academic achievements include the President’s Award for Educational Excellence, the University of Rochester Xerox Award for Information and Technology, the NYS Regents Award for Educational Excellence, and Rotary Student of the Month.  Jack is a two-year member of the Wellsville Chapter of the National Honor Society. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Jack has been a member of the Vex Robotics Club.  Jack has also been active in band, student council, swimming, golf, track & field and ski club.

Jack plans to matriculate at Penn State University pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering.

The honor of Salutatorian has been earned by Brooklyn Stisser.  Brooklyn is the daughter of Ryan and Joanne Stisser.  Brooklyn has earned the title of Salutatorian by accruing an average of 100.73%.  Brooklyn’s list of accomplishments includes: the NYS Regents Award for Academic Excellence, and the President’s Award for Educational Excellence, the University of Rochester Bausch & Lomb Award, and the DAR Good Citizen Award Winner.

Brooklyn is a two-year member of the Wellsville Chapter of the National Honor Society, serving as President.  Brooklyn has been a vital member of the Wellsville Girls’ Volleyball Team for four years.  Brooklyn has also been active in student council, international club, yearbook, track & field and basketball. 

Brooklyn will be attending the SUNY Binghamton majoring in Neuroscience/Pre-Med.
