A Genesee, PA man has over a dozen charges against him after an ATV incident

All those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty in court

A Genesee, PA man is now facing 14 counts after he was pulled over on an ATV May 11th.  Pennsylvania State Police filed a criminal complaint against 36-year-old Eric J. Luce, charging him with five misdemeanor counts of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an ATV without a helmet and while under the influence. He was charged with plenty of other summary offenses. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 12th in District Court.

The accused name is published because being charged with fourteen crimes, is a crime spree.

Court action is pending for a Wellsville man in Potter County District court. PA Troopers filed a criminal complaint with the judge against a 19-year-old. The complaint charges him with two counts of DUI, driving while suspended, careless driving and no rear lights. The accused will appear for a preliminary hearing next month.

The accused name is withheld because the age and misdemeanor nature of the offense.
