Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 45 of Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd and Resisting Arrest. The charges stem from an incident that took place on Scott Avenue in the Village. She was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 21st at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 48 of Wellsville, charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charge stems from an incident that took on South Broad Street. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 21st at 4:30 pm.

Wednesday June 1, 2022

Wellsville Police arrested Shad R. Baldwin, age 44 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Felony), AUO 1st (Felony), Refusal to take a breath test, Unsafe Tire, No Operable Headlamps, Unapproved/No Protective Helmet & Unregistered Motor Vehicle. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Highland Avenue in the Village. Baldwin was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Baldwin is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 21st at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Sarah L. Saintilus, age 20 of Bronx, NY, charging her with Attempted Assault 2nd (Class D Felony), Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony), Trespass, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue in the Village. Saintilus was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Saintilus was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 7th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Sarah L. Saintilus, age 20 of Brinz, NY, charging her with Criminal Contempt 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Main Street. Saintilus was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Saintilus was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond. Saintilus is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 7th at 4:30 pm.
