Separate arrests nab 31 year old Cuba female and 40 year old Hume man

All accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court
Deputies based in Warsaw say they arrested a female, 31, of Cuba. According to a press release:
A traffic stop on a red ATV, that was observed to be operating on Northwoods Road in Arcade with no registration, led to the arrest of the owner/operator, for DWAI drugs. She was showing general indicators of impairment roadside and was asked to submit to standardized field sobriety testing, in which she was observed to perform poorly. The accused was taken into custody for DWAI, where she then submitted to a DRE evaluation that concluded that she was under the influence of a CNS stimulant and unable to operate a vehicle safely. She was also found to be in possession of a ‘meth pipe’ and was subsequently charged with the following:
VTL 1192(4) DWAI Drugs
VTL 2282(1) Unregistered ATV
VTL 2403(1) Unlawful Operation of ATV on Highway
VTL 2407(4) Uninsured Operation of ATV
The accused was processed and released on an appearance ticket due back in the Town of Arcade Court on 06/09/22.
Deputies also arrested Christopher Bitsas, 40, of Hume. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on State Route 19A in the Town of Genesee Falls. Bitsas was stopped due to having a Superior Court Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Probation issued. Bitsas was further allegedly found in possession of a capsule containing methamphetamine along with a glass smoking device. Bitsas was charged as follows:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.
Bitsas was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in the Town of Genesee Falls Court on June 8th, 2022. Regarding the warrant, Bitsas was arraigned in Wyoming County Court and held without bail.
