Two officers sustained minor injuries during a dangerous arrest

On May 12th, 2022, at approximately 9:48am, following a traffic stop on West Shore Road, Cuba Police arrested a female, (25) of Olean. She was issued citations on charges of speed in zone (Violation) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd (Misdemeanor). The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On May 12th, 2022, at approximately 6:06pm, Cuba Police arrested a female (38) of Cuba. She was arrested on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument 3rd (Misdemeanor). The accused was processed and released to appear at a later date. She is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On May 13th, 2022, at approximately 8:00pm, Cuba Police arrested a male, (55) of Cuba. He was arrested on charges of criminal mischief 3rd (Misdemeanor). The man was processed and released to appear at a later date. The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

On May 15th, 2022, at approximately 11:30PM, after a report of a domestic dispute, Cuba Police arrested Payton M. Catalino (23) of Cuba. Catalino was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (violation), resisting arrest (Misdemeanor) and Assault 2nd – with intent to cause injury to an officer (Felony). Catalino was processed and placed in front of a Friendship Town Judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $7500.00 bail. Catalino is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law. Two CPD officers were evaluated at Olean General Hospital and released back to duty.
