Photos and update from Cassandra Bull

Last weekend we had 10-15 wonderful volunteers who came by the GreenSpace to help prepare our garden for the spring! We added nearly six cubic yards of compost, cleared all the dead plant growth away from the fall, removed litter and garbage, moved some bricks, planted some plants and seeds, and put up one of the three shade sails in our pavilion space. The garden is looking great!

Thank you to all our volunteers and supporters. In a few weeks we will turn our fountain on. A few weeks after that, we will plant the rest of our vegetables and herbs for summer and install the last two shade sails in the pavilion.

Stay tuned and enjoy the weather!

What the volunteers had to say:

We had lots of fun working! Beautiful day to lend a hand.
