Allegany County Sheriff Deputies and NYS Troopers assist
On Friday April 29, 2022 at 7:29 pm the Andover Police Department arrested William G White age 30 of Wellsville NY after a traffic stop on Chestnut Street in the Village of Andover.
William White was charged with Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (Misdemeanor), Operating with fractured glass, operating without insurance, unlicensed operator (all infractions) and as a Fugitive from Justice out of the Great State of Texas.
William was arraigned at the Town of Independence Court by the Honorable Judge Howe and represented by Public Defender J.R. Carter.
William was remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail pending extradition proceedings. The Andover Police Department was assisted by Deputies from The Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and Troopers for NYSP Amity.
