Following an incident Sunday night in the Town of Bolivar

State Police arrested 34-year-old Stephen A. Frezza of Scio. He was charged early Monday with first-degree robbery involving theft or a deadly weapon, that’s a class B felony.
He was also charged with second-degree menacing involving a weapon.
Although initially detained, the Allegany County Jail said Frezza was not an inmate in the facility.
Court action is pending.
