All arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 33 of Wellsville, and a female, age 47 of Wellsville, charging them each with Petit Larceny. The charges stem from an incident that took place at Dollar General on West Dyke Street on Friday February 11th. The pair were processed, issued appearance tickets and released. The accused are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 45 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street in October of 2021. He was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. The accused was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested a male, age 24 of Wellsville for failure to appear in Court on previous Petit Larceny and Criminal Impersonation 2nd charges. He was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. The accused was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wednesday February 16, 2022

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County Court, arrested a male, age 27 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation. He was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail. The accused is due to appear in Allegany County Court at a later date.
