The charges stem from a traffic stop on East Dyke Street in the Village. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 38 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of.08% or more, Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more, Failed to Keep Right and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Loder Street in the Village. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested a male, for failure to appear in Court on a previous AUO 3nd and other Vehicle and Traffic charges. He was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. The accused was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 15th at 4:30 pm.

The charges stem from an incident that took place on the Genesee Parkway in the Village. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party.
