Michael T. Baldwin Reports: Wellsville resident busted for multiple felonies by Livingston County Sheriff Deputies

A Wellsville resident faces multiple felony counts after being arrested in the Town of Groveland. Livingston deputies charged 36-year-old Robyn E. Hitchcock with two counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance-3rd, two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th and two lesser counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Hitchcock was arraigned in court and released and is due in Groveland court Feb.2.

Under NYS Law, a person is guilty of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree when that person knowingly and unlawfully possesses a narcotic drug with the intent to sell it.
