Required public hearings for 2022 Budget and 2022 Fire Contract with the Village of Wellsville start at 6:30pm. A regular monthly meeting of the town board will follow.

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FIRE CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany County, New York at the Wellsville Municipal Airport -Town Office, in said Town of Wellsville, November 10, 2021 at 6:30 PM for the purpose of considering the contract with the Village of Wellsville and the Wellsville Volunteer Fire Department for fire protection to be furnished to the Town of Wellsville Fire Protection District, effective January 01, 2022 for one year, for the sum of $148,000 (One Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Dollars). All persons interested in this matter will be heard at such time and place.

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Wellsville for the fiscal year beginning January 01, 2022 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Wellsville Municipal Airport, 2600 Tarantine Blvd, Wellsville, New York where it is available for inspection by an interested person during regular business hours.

FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Wellsville will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon, at the Wellsville Municipal Airport at 6:45 PM on the 10^th day of November 2021 and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item or items therein contained. Pursuant to Article 8, Section 109 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:

Supervisor – $8,323.20

Councilperson – $13,790.00 (4 @ $3,447.50)
