A busy Halloween week for NYS Troopers

Below are the major arrests published by the New York State Police at the end of October. Behind these charges filed, a list of issues confront troopers on a daily basis that the public doesn’t see. Cattle in the road, unattended deaths, identify theft, animal accidents, neighborhood trouble, burglaries, landlord-tenant disputes, assisting local agencies, and a host of domestic issues. Traffic accidents are an additional responsibility of troopers and their has been no shortage in October. This October troopers were faced with two fatal traffic accidents in the Wellsville area alone.
