At a special meeting on October 13th the board unanimously approved to enter in a contract for snow and ice removal with Allegany County. This is funded by the county and will have our highway crew plow the 17 miles of county road in the township that they have to drive over to get to our town roads.
This is another positive move showing how we can get more done working together.
We did have our new board member in attendance at his first meeting, Charles ‘Chucky’ Craven, a good addition to the board.
