Last weeks floods in Steuben County have claimed a life. According to an obituary, 31-year-old Klarissa M. Bivins became a victim of recent flooding in the Greenwood area on Thursday. Klarissa was employed as a Direct Support Professional with the Finger Lakes Region Developmental Disabilities Service Office, serving several families throughout the area.
