The Wellsville Chamber of Commerce organized and hosted the first ever sidewalk chalk art contest in downtown Wellsville. The rules were simple: Pick a piece of sidewalk in the village, chalk it up, and send a picture to the organizers. Those pictures are now posted on the Chamber facebook page to be voted on by the public. 1 “like,” equals one vote, winners will be announced Wednesday August 18th!! https://www.facebook.com/WellsvilleAreaChamber/
Also happening this week via the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce is the annual golf tournament at Wellsville Country Club. There are still a few foursome spots available for this Friday’s event which includes a round of golf with cart, lunch, and dinner.
