3. Request acceptance and approval of the Application for a Special Event Permit for the Wellsville Chalk Walk from the Chamber of Commerce. This event will take place from Thursday, August 12 through Sunday, August 15, 2021 on downtown sidewalks.

- Request acceptance and approval of the Application for a Special Event Permit for the 6th Annual Holiday Extravaganza to be held at the Grant Duke Hose Co. at 80 Stevens Street. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 27, 2021, from 10:00 am til 4:00 pm.
