The friends and family of Roger Neely are invited to a graveside service with military honors on Friday, August 13, 2021, at 2:00 pm in Woodlawn Cemetery, 276 S. Main Street in Wellsville. Following the graveside service, members of the Elks will conduct a memorial service at the Lodge, 77 East Pearl Street in Wellsville.
