What’s it worth to you? Your time, I mean.
I keep hearing “nobody wants to work. Just happy sitting at home collecting money from the government to do nothing.”
The flip side says nobody wants to pay benefits, and 25 hours a week, even at $15.00 an hour isn’t a livable wage. Ever try working two part time jobs? Have a blast working seven days a week, including nights and holidays.
Maybe this is the time in human evolution when we begin to value the hours of our lives appropriately.
Maybe, if I have to pay an equivalent amount for goods and services rendered by a person I’ll be a more conscientious consumer.
Maybe now we begin to work at things we’re passionate about and play to our strengths.
