Robert H. SMITH, Jr., 82, of Wellsville, NY, formerly of Whitesville, NY and Coudersport, PA, died Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in Wellsville Manor Care Center, Wellsville.
Born April 11, 1939, in Wellsville, he was the son of Robert H. and Hazel M. Ritter Smith. Bob was a lifelong area resident and a farmer.
Surviving are: two sons, Robert H. (Suzanne) Smith, III and William R. Smith, both of Coudersport; two daughters, Tammy (David) McConaghay of Ulysses, PA and Tracie Jo (John) Waters of Troupsburg, NY; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters, M. Jean Gilpin of Coudersport, Eleanor Sebastian of Genesee, PA, and Patricia Bickford of Tappahannock, VA; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Nichole R. Smith; a sister, Marie Holland; and a daughter-in-law, Julie A. Smith.
Friends may call at Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Ulysses, PA on Monday, July 19, 2021 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, with Funeral Services following at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
