Come to the “Town Where History Lives” on July 11 to celebrate 250 years

The Town and Village of Angelica are excited to announce a major community celebration in honor of America’s 250th Birthday on Saturday, July 11, 2026, in downtown Angelica — proudly known as the “Town Where History Lives.”
This exciting, family-oriented event promises a full day of patriotic celebration, entertainment, and community spirit for residents and visitors of all ages.
Highlights of the celebration will include:
- A large patriotic parade featuring floats, ATV groups, area fire companies, businesses, bands, municipalities, and much more
- Family activities and children’s games
- Bounce houses and kids’ entertainment
- Food vendors throughout the day
- A special flag ceremony
- Live music and entertainment
- A street dance hosted by American Legion Hill Warner Post 414 featuring The Johnson Boys & SOUTHBOUND
- A spectacular fireworks display at dusk
Organizers encourage everyone to spend the entire day enjoying all that downtown Angelica has to offer during this historic celebration.
“This will be a fun-filled day for the whole family and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our nation’s history and community pride together,” organizers stated.
