Dozens of new childrens books incoming !!
From the Bolivar Free Library,
The Bolivar Free Library received the Children’s Book Project grant award from the Pilcrow Foundation. The community supported the project with a Basket raffle fundraiser that allowed the library to receive over 1200$ worth of books on a $400.00 investment. The library selected and received 64 beautiful hardcovered books for children birth to age 12.
An additional 20 math and science books were donated by Mr. Hal Berenson and Mrs. Laura Ackerman of Colorado. A second donation from Drs.Bill Strawbridge and Meg Williams of California gifted the library with 17 new health and wellness books.
We are grateful to the Pilcrow Foundation for the opportunity to expand our collection of beautiful hardcovered books for the children’s room.
