Project Description:

The Department has received an application and has made a tentative decision to issue a renewed Air State Facility (ASF) permit for Arvos Ljungstrom LLC., located at 3020 Truax Road in Wellsville. The Arvos Ljungstrom LLC. facility manufactures heat transfer elements, pollution control, and offshore wind equipment. The facility has regulated emissions points, including 4 enclosed paint booths with 3 stage filtration, 1 open paint booth with filtration, and a wastewater evaporator system. The facility is required to track volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions monthly on a 12-month rolling total and submit an annual capping certification report to ensure operations do not exceed the permitted limit of 45 tons/year.

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
