Trees and power lines are down near County Road 12/Elm Valley, Warming centers opening
About 80 customers are without power in the Elm Valley area after a tree fall sent electric lines into Route 417.
Emergency crews are on site and National Grid is responding to begin repairs, currently estimated to be about 1pm. Meanwhile with temperatures hovering near zero and wind chills well below zero
Warming Centers are now open: Brookside Wesleyan Church in Wellsville, David A. Howe Public Library in Wellsville, Andover Volunteer Ambulance bay in Andover NY
