Raiders 61- Haverling Rams 24. Dyring now all-time leading scorer, Moldonado hits her 1000 point

Hornell Girls Basketball got the win tonight over the Haverling Rams in a game that solidified two names in Hornell High School sports history.
Congratulations to Selena Maldonado on scoring her 1,000 career points, and also congratulations to Jordyn Dyring on scoring her 1,527 career points! New school record Hornell Girls Basketball!
Piesh Sports gives some background on the record set thirty years ago:
“The record was held by Megan Buchanan, who set it in 1996. Megan and her sister Erin were watching the stream and posted “Congrates to both Selena and Jordyn on their amazing accomplishment, records are made to be broken! Once a Raider, always a Raider!” Erin is also a 1000 point scorer for Hornell.“
