This Weekend: Grand Opening of Tippy Top Liquor and Wines

NYS Wine Tasting and Ribbon Cutting Friday December 5 at 3pm

It has been over a decade since Wellsville had more than one local liquor and wine store. Robin and Junior Green decided that presented an opportunity and are proud to announce that Tippy Top Liquor and Wines is now open.

“We enjoy our drinks but like you, we don’t enjoy overpaying !! Junior and I wanted to diversify our business investments and saw a great opportunity in the Wellsville area. Our new building on Ackerman Hill/Route 19 south of Wellsville is the perfect location to serve folks from Wellsville but also Whitesville, Potter County, and those who travel through. After lots of hard work and preparation we are very happy to present Tippy Top to the community.” – Robin Green

Last month the team at Tippy Top, including friendly faces Mark Wiedemann, Courtney Mills and The Greens, opened the doors and are ready to celebrate! This Friday December 5 they will host a tasting of New York State Wines from noon until 3pm, followed by an official ribbon cutting!! The entire Tippy Top team hopes you can be there!!

If you can’t make it for the wines or the ceremony, then don’t miss Tito’s Vodka who will be offering samples and sale prices from 4pm until 7pm!

The grand opening weekend continues on Saturday December 6 with a big line up of tastings and special pricing. From 2-5pm reps will be in the store featuring some big brand name favorites like Bibb and Tucker Bourbon, Josh Prosseco, Redemption Whiskey, and Grey Whale Gin.
