There’s a new reason to look forward to Saturdays in Wellsville: Java & Jams at The Pot Spot Café, located within the Wellsville Creative Arts Center.
The popular brunch series pairs scratch-made, elevated plates with live local music for a weekend experience that’s as soulful as it is satisfying.
Served select Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM inside the Wellsville Creative Arts Center, Java & Jams is more than brunch — it’s a full experience. Guests can enjoy signature dishes like Eggs Benedict Flights (featuring rotating toppings and sauces), delicate crepes made to order, and hearty lunch plates that showcase the kitchen’s creativity. Add in house-ground breakfast sausage, scratch gravies, artisan coffee, and now, freshly poured mimosas, and you’ve got the ultimate Saturday indulgence.
