November 5 at 6pm to consider fire contract with the Village of Wellsville
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FIRE CONTRACT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany County, New York at the Wellsville Municipal Airport -Town Office, in said Town of Wellsville, November 05, 2024 at 6:00 PM for the purpose of considering the contract with the Village of Wellsville and the Wellsville Volunteer Fire Department for fire protection to be furnished to the Town of Wellsville Fire Protection District, effective January 01, 2026 for one year, for the sum of $200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Dollars). All persons interested in this matter will be heard at such time and place.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Wellsville for the fiscal year beginning January 01, 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Wellsville Municipal Airport, 2600 Tarantine Blvd, Wellsville, New York 14895, where it is available for inspection by an interested person during regular business hours.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Wellsville will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon, at the Wellsville Municipal Airport at 6:15 PM on the 05 day of November 2025 and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item or items therein contained.
